MEET THE TEAM - Kate Cooper

Q. What has been your favourite project to date and why?

A. XO Restaurant Narrabundah. Even though it is one of the smaller jobs, I think the timber panelling creates a beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant. And they have delicious food.

Q. How do you spend your free time, what hobbies?

A. I have an interest in art and sculpture and am always experimenting with new ideas. I keep fit by going to the gym and playing tennis and love spending time with my family friends.

Q. If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you do?

A. Probably put it in the bank and keep going about my life. I enjoy being busy and working so I would continue doing what I’m doing, but also organise some holidays to look forward to.

Q. What’s your favourite food?

A. Eggs. They are so versatile! Boiled, poached, in a quiche, the list is endless.

Q. Who has the worst habit in the company and what is it?

A. This is too hard. Everyone is lovely.

Q. Who is your favourite team member and why?

A. Lauren. She is talented, creative, hardworking and disciplined. She sees everything through a unique lens and is able to bring any idea, no matter how small to life.

Q. What quote or motto do you live by?

A. You don’t get what you wish for, you get what you work for.
