AUGUST Newsletter 2020
With today marking the end of Winter we are looking forward to a warm change in the weather (especially for our teams working outside on site!). We have a few projects underway at the moment so not too many updates this month.
Industry House
We have been engaged to remove and replace existing cladding at Industry House in Canberra. We are working with Boss Projects Group to ensure the new cladding meets the current safety standards. Wainwright Facades will be installing 300m2 of MondoClad on the building.

Meet an Architect – Liam Robertson

Where do you work: Robertson Collectif - Gerroa, South Coast NSW
What did you want to be when you grew up: A builder, then this evolved to Architect from my mothers love of drawing
Something you have always wanted to learn: French
What are you currently listening to / reading: It is taking a while to finish however currently reading - The Poisoned Chalice: Pater hall and the Sydney Opera House - it’s a great insight into the construction of the building.
Question you get asked the most at work: What are you thinking Liam?
Favourite part of the job: Being able to create and enhance spaces/homes that people live out their day to day lives. And being able to work in some stunning locations!

NEW Educational Series: Common Carpentry Terms
We have been working on a new educational series to help you understand some common carpentry terms. From timber and joint terms to cladding specific terms we will help to guide you through some terms that might come up on your construction project.
