Another month has flown by and we are already a quarter of way through the year. We have some exciting projects starting up and more in the pipeline.
WAINWRIGHT FACADES NEW OFFICE
Over the last month we have been working on setting up our office space above our new workshop in Hume. We have designed the office to showcase Wellington Architectural's perforated panels and we are so happy with how it turned out. We will also have the showroom space ready to come and visit soon so you can see our products in person.

YAMAROSHI
We are really excited to get started on Yamaroshi in Braddon. The angular facades will feature Wellington Architectural’s custom Epsilon Panel in blackbutt on the balcony soffits. The complex combines commercial and residential precincts through laneways, courtyards and atriums that enhance the open flow and contemporary feel of the development.
QUEANBEYAN EAST PUBLIC SCHOOL
We are looking forward to starting work on the Queanbeyan East Public School project. Wainwright Facades will be installing 700sqm of Equitone Tectiva externally.
The project will cater to current and projected growth in the area, and provide; 9 additional permanent classrooms, an upgraded library, a new covered outdoor learning area, a new canteen and an upgrade to staff/administration facilities.
The project is scheduled for completion in late 2019.

MEET THE Team - George Stewart
Q. What has been your favourite project to date and why?
A. MLC is a stand out for me so far! We worked with a combination of timber and glass. Glazing was new for me so it gave me new skills at the end of the job, I was pretty much glazed.
Q. How do you spend your free time, what hobbies?
A. Playing sports and spending time with family and friends, playing cladder cladder.
Q. If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you do?
A. Buy Juls some FXD kit so he can get rid of the hard yakka he’s got.
Q. What’s your favourite food?
A. Crispy pork & roast duck from the Mandalay Bus.
Q. Who has the worst habit in the company and what is it?
A. Toward for wearing the same footy shorts Mondee to Fridee
Q. Who is your favourite team member and why?
A. Enjoy working with everyone who likes to have a crack and a laugh.
Q. What quote or motto do you live by?
A. It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.
Earth hour
Are you switching off? This Saturday 30 March 2019 at 8:30pm is Earth Hour.
It’s not too late to register to join the largest global movement for the environment. Millions of people in over 180 countries will be switching off their lights for Earth Hour as a symbolic gesture to show the need for stronger climate action. It's time to switch off and #Connect2Earth.
