Are apprentices put off by the perception of being a construction worker?
An interesting article last week in the Sydney morning herald saying that the perception is to blame for the lack of apprentices nowadays.
Due to the lack of apprentices there is now a productivity bootcamp running in Sydney where young people are taught basic tool knowledge and work skills to help them succeed in the construction industry.
