1872 pieces of plywood makes for the perfect staircase

Tsuruta Architects of London, UK came up with this unique and cool idea to create a staircase using CNC cut pieces of plywood. 1872 pieces to be precise. The staircase spans four levels and has perforated treads and risers to allow light to flow through this 7 bedroom house. From the factory the pieces arrived on site with a 14 page manual for 'any carpenter to understand' and two and a half weeks was completed.
